Tap the Stoke tab at the bottom of the screen. Choose your activity, set a time goal, and tap the lock button to start. Stay focused — if you leave the app, it counts as a drift.
A drift is recorded whenever you leave the Stoke app during a focus session — switching to texts, social media, or other apps. The time you spend away is tracked as drift time. Fewer drifts means a higher dialed percentage.
Create a goal by choosing an activity, setting a target number of hours, and picking a time period (per week, per month, or total). Each time you complete a focus session tagged to that goal, your hours accumulate. Track streaks and progress over time.
You control visibility for every session: Public (anyone who follows you), Friends (only approved followers), or Private (only you). You can also make your entire profile private in Settings.
A Nod is Stoke's version of a like — a quick way to acknowledge and encourage someone's focus session. Think of it as a head nod of respect for putting in the work.
Tap the add-friend icon on the home screen and search by name. Tap on a user to view their profile and hit Follow. If their account is private, they'll need to accept your request.
Tap the three-dot menu on any session or comment and select Report. You can also block a user from their profile page. We review all reports and take action to keep the community safe.
Go to Settings (gear icon on your profile) and tap Delete Account at the bottom. This permanently removes your account, all sessions, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
